Values

We offer supported living services in the London and surrounding local authorities. We provide 24-hour support to adults aged 18-65 years with a learning disability or autistic spectrum condition, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities, through a person-centred approach. The aim of the service is to provide a safe, homely and inclusive environment that empowers, engages and encourages independence and choice, whilst enhancing service user’s daily living skills, enabling them to integrate into a less supported setting.

  • We believe that Support should be person-centered, seamless, and proactive.
  • Everyone, particularly people in the most excluded groups in our society, benefits from the support we offer, therefore, we must engage with them.
  • People should be supported and encouraged to live fulfilled lives; making the most of their abilities and potential.
  • Through encouragement and support, once people with disabilities have been empowered, they can live ‘normal’ independent lives and experience new opportunities. Any associated risks should be recognized and managed appropriately.
  • Everyone has the right to a good quality of life and support must be provided to achieve this.
  • People should be empowered and enabled to contribute fully to their community.
  • People should be respected, engaged with, encouraged, and empowered to overcome barriers to inclusion.
  • Support should be tailored to the religious, cultural, and ethnic needs of individuals.
  • People should be able to live without fear of abuse, discrimination, or harassment
